Spring 2020 Season on Hold
Dear Urbana United community,
An update based on U.S. Soccer and Illinois Youth Soccer Association guidelines: No Urbana United activities will occur in person until May 16 AT THE EARLIEST, if both the federal and state shelter in place orders might be lifted and social distancing regulations are relaxed.
The U2 Board of Directors continues to monitor the situation not only for the health and safety of all soccer families — WHICH IS OUR UTMOST CONCERN — but also for financial considerations in this unique and trying time.
We want to make sure that any family in financial need receives a refund ASAP on spring registration, and we are also trying to work on how to pay the bills (specifically our rather considerable insurance payment). Please contact me at email@example.com if you need a refund!
I hope to have a clearer message sometime in the near future, perhaps as early as this weekend. I thank you for your patience, and I wish you all good health.
